I really appreciate the after-sale support I received. Big shoutout to customer service for assisting me with my issue. It meant a lot. I managed to get a refund, but let me tell you, the items looked nothing like the pictures. It took almost two months to arrive, and the material was just awful; the quality was the worst I've ever encountered. A lot of their products are labeled as 'sweater,' but what you actually get is a flimsy piece of nylon. I typically wear a medium, but I ordered a large coat to fit sweaters underneath. They sent me the wrong color, and the coat was so small that the seams would probably burst if I wore it with just a t-shirt. I ordered nine items and was let down by each one; what I got was basically trash - the quality is that poor. Not only does shipping take over a month, but the products received looked nothing like what was advertised. I tried to return them and emailed the company for a full refund but got no reply. I had to search online for the customer service number and found it: +1--Three one two four eight eight one zero nine six. When I called, they were helpful and gave me instructions on how to return the items and started the refund process for me. They were very attentive and responsive. I don’t have many options to explore myself, but this experience has been quite special to me!

I've been shopping on this site for quite some time, and I really dig their footwear! I've got around 15 pairs of boots, and I must say they look just as stunning as they do in the pictures. I usually go for my regular size, which is 8.5, but if the shoe looks a bit narrow in the photo, I’ll opt for a 9. Their shipping is always spot on. You can reach out to customer service if there's an issue, but honestly, I've never faced any problems. So, I haven't needed to get in touch with them. Overall, I've placed about 5 or 6 orders, and each one has met my expectations and then some! They have the most stylish options, and they’re easy on the wallet! I’ll definitely keep shopping at amiclubwear.
