Thank you very much great after-sale service. Especially to customer service for helping me with my query. Much appreciated. Managed to get a refund The close look nothing like the pictures, it took nearly two months to get the items, the material is terrible and the quality of the merchandise is the worst I have ever seen. A lot of their items say "sweater" and you get a flimsy piece of nylon. I usually wear a medium but ordered a large coat so I could wear sweaters under it. They send the wrong color coat and the coat was so small, the seams would burst if I wore it with a t-shirt on. I ordered 9 items and am disappointed with everyone what I received was basically garbage - the quality is that bad Not only does shipping take over a month... the product is very low quality - the items received looked nothing like the pictures online.I tried to send it back I emailed the company asking for a full refund,got no response i immediately went on google, Facebook I was searching for the customer service number and I found this number which was +1--Three one two four eight eight one zero nine six I called that number when my line was connected they helped me some with instructions so that can return nasty back and initiated my money to me Very attentive and responsive. I don't have many lines to explore myself You always been so special to my life !!

"Fabulous and affordable"
I've been buying from this site for a while, I love their shoes! I have like 15 pairs of boots and I gotta say they are just as beautiful as advertised. I order my regular size which is 8.5, but if in the image I see that the shoe comes not so wide I'll prefer a 9. Their shipping is always on point. You can contact customer Service if anything is wrong but to be honest I've never had an issue. So I've never had to contact them. In total I've made about 5 or 6 orders, and they were all what I expected and more! Most fabulous styles, as well as affordable! Will definitely keep on buying from amiclubwear

How do i cancel my order ? it's been five days and it's still processing .. my order number is 112350525

I needed my order by monday of next week i realize the processing time was going to take longer than usual. therefore i would like to cancel my order.

I placed my order last friday in the morning and i still haven't received my package as well as i utilized priority shipping.

Who are you people? ami is an awesome online store. i have been ordering from them for about six years and everything was gorgeous. if they didn't send an item, because it was sold out, they refunded me promptly. i have tons of clothes and shoes and boots and jewelry, you name it, i've bought it. i have not one single complaint. if you choose to use a coupon code for your order, of course you have to add shipping. every site is like that! if you are too stupid to put in amishipped to receive free shipping then that is your fault! grow up people. no wonder we have a crappy president, some of you should not be voting or shopping. sheesh!
